The full NFL schedule will be released on Wednesday at 8 p.m. but we’ll be tracking all the reports and leaks until everything becomes official.

After technically having nine home games in 2024 (although one of them was in Brazil against the Packers), the Eagles have nine road games in 2025. Teams alternate between eight and nine home games year-to-year because of the 17-game schedule.

• The week began with an announcement on TODAY that the Eagles will host the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL kickoff game in 2025. It has been a tradition for the reigning Super Bowl champs to host the first game of the following season. This will be the first time the Eagles and Cowboys play in Week 1 since the Pickle Juice Game in 2000 in North Texas.
• FOX has announced a double-header on Saturday, Dec. 20. The Eagles will face the Commanders first and then the Packers will face the Bears in Chicago.
• Prime Video announced that the Eagles will host the Bears on Black Friday at 3 p.m. This is the second straight year the Eagles will play on a Friday. They kicked off their 2024 season on a Friday night in Brazil. Before last year, the Eagles hadn’t played on a Friday since the 1960 season.
• The Eagles will travel to Green Bay to face the Packers in a playoff rematch on Monday Night Football in Week 10. The Eagles beat the Packers 22-10 in the wild card round in 2024.
• A Super Bowl rematch will happen in Week 2 in Kansas City, according to Jordan Schultz. The Eagles beat the Chiefs 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. After opening their season at home against the Cowboys on Thursday night, the Eagles will have a few extra days to prepare for Kansas City and Patrick Mahomes.
• In their 2025 regular season finale, the Eagles will host the Washington Commanders in Week 18 at the Linc, according to a league source. That means that the Eagles and Commanders, who finished 1-2 in the NFC East in 2024, will play each other two of the final three weeks of the season. The league has backloaded a couple important division games.
• The game between those two against the Commanders is in Buffalo to face a very good Bills team, Zach Berman reported. That should be a fun one.
• The Lions will come to town in Week 11, Jeff McLane reported. This is a matchup between two of the NFC’s top teams. The Eagles will be flying back from Green Bay to play the Lions on a short week.
• The Eagles will face the Giants in North Jersey on Thursday Nigh Football in Week 6 and will host the Giants in Week 8, Art Stapleton reported. The Eagles swept the Giants last season.
• The Eagles will face the Chargers on Monday Night Football in Los Angeles in Week 14 and will come home to host the Raiders in Week 15, Zach Berman reported.
• The Eagles will play the Vikings in Minnesota in Week 7, per Arif Hasan.
• Another Week 4 game in Tampa to face the Bucs, per Berman. The Eagles also played the Bucs in Tampa in Week 4 last season and played them in Week 3 in Tampa in 2023. The heat could be an issue.
